Elden Ring: 24 High-Risk Items That Offer Huge Payoffs

Message#1 » sam. 28 juin 2025 11:37

Elden Ring is known for its punishing difficulty and rewarding exploration. Throughout the Lands Between, players can discover a variety of items that come with significant risks but also tremendous benefits if used wisely. Whether you’re farming cheap Elden Ring runes or hunting for rare gear, understanding these high-risk items can drastically improve your gameplay experience.

Here are 24 items in Elden Ring that carry notable dangers but can yield huge payoffs:

Gold Scarab
This talisman boosts rune acquisition but requires defeating a challenging boss to obtain. Equipping it means you can farm runes much faster, but staying alive while using it is a must.

Mimic Tear Ashes
Summoning a powerful clone to fight alongside you can turn the tide of battle. However, the item’s use is limited, so timing and strategy are essential.

Crimson Amber Medallion
Increases maximum HP, but finding it often requires navigating perilous dungeons filled with strong enemies.

Erdtree’s Favor
Boosts HP, stamina, and equip load. It’s well worth the risk to farm the bosses that drop it repeatedly.

Beast Claw
Enhances your jumping attacks and counters but requires you to fight specific, tough enemies to acquire.

Fanged Imp Ashes
Summon ferocious spirits to aid you, but managing the additional attention from enemies makes this a risky choice.

Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman
Boosts physical defense significantly, often found in hard-to-reach locations or behind powerful foes.

Lunar Tear
A rare upgrade material that requires defeating late-game bosses. Missing out means slower weapon progression.

Radagon’s Scarseal and Radagon’s Soreseal
These talismans increase various stats but at the cost of taking more damage, balancing risk and reward.

Dragon Communion Seal
Essential for dragon-related builds, but crafting and upgrading it demand rare materials often guarded by deadly dragons.

Cragblade
This weapon has a unique stance and powerful moves but can be hard to master and requires close proximity to enemies.

Scarlet Rot Flask
A powerful healing item for Scarlet Rot but difficult to obtain and use without exposing yourself to danger.

Lichdragon Greatbow
This bow deals massive damage, but its acquisition involves challenging encounters with endgame bosses.

Carian Regal Scepter
Vital for sorcery builds, but it’s found only after certain story events, making timing critical.

Blasphemous Blade
Drains HP to heal on hit, which requires careful play to avoid dying from your own weapon.

Stone Mask
Makes enemies less likely to detect you but requires venturing into dangerous areas to find it.

Frenzied Flame Proscription
Boosts attack but slowly damages you over time, forcing a balance between aggression and defense.

Erdtree Bow
A potent weapon that requires defeating some of the toughest bosses.

Spellblade Set
Grants immunity to certain status effects but demands skillful navigation of difficult areas.

Godrick’s Greatsword
Massive damage comes with slow attack speed and high stamina costs.

Pulley Mechanism
Enables quick item use but requires careful positioning in combat.

Frenzied Flame Seal
Amplifies fire damage at the cost of taking damage over time.

Radagon’s Soreseal
Greatly boosts attack power but increases damage taken, perfect for high-risk high-reward players.

Ritual Shield Talisman
Regenerates HP every few seconds but can lead to complacency in risky encounters.

Using these items often means walking a fine line between success and defeat. They demand practice, patience, and a willingness to adapt your strategies on the fly. If you’re aiming to efficiently farm cheap Elden Ring runes or want to enhance your arsenal, these items are worth considering.

For players looking to buy Elden Ring Items, it’s always best to familiarize yourself with how these risky yet rewarding tools work before making any investment. Mastering them can drastically improve your gameplay and lead to some of the most satisfying moments in Elden Ring.

Whether you’re tackling PvE or PvP, these high-risk items add layers of depth and excitement to your journey in the Lands Between. Have you experimented with any of these? Share your experiences and tips below.
